Program Description
The Barbell Club at CrossFit 2 St. is an add-on program dedicated to Olympic weightlifting and strength training.
Beginning Monday, October 6th and running for 8-consectutive weeks, our fall cycle will focus on the Clean & Jerk and costs $100. Please reach out to @2StBarbells on Instagram for more information and payment. Due to scheduling, there will be a couple of non-Monday classes in this 8-week cycle.
